Three Dog Logistics Executive Makes Top 100 Women!

Yvette Diamond named in prestigious Baltimore List

March 1, 2016, Baltimore MD – Three Dog Logistics is pleased to announce that Yvette Diamond has made the Top 100 Female Executive list which was recently announced in the Baltimore Daily News.

Since 1996, Top 100 Women has recognized outstanding women leaders who are not only leading the way professionally but are dedicating their time and energy to community work as well as mentoring.

Nearly 350 women were nominated for the honor statewide. This year, of the 100 selected, 64 are first-time recipients and 15 women will be inducted in the Circle of Excellence, meaning they are receiving the award for the third and final time.

“This year’s Maryland’s Top 100 Women are extraordinary,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, publisher of The Daily Record. “They go above and beyond in everything they do. They lead companies, create change, break barriers, chart new territory and make a difference at home, at work and in their communities. They inspire those around them to be the best they can be. The Daily Record is pleased to honor them.”

Diamond comments: “I am honored to be among such amazing Maryland women. For me, this award represents the power of hard work, support from your inner circle, and giving back wherever possible.    I am fortunate to have the life I have today but my journey includes a 7-year life tsunami that was filled with stormy skies and life altering waves. Just like all bad storms, the sun shines again.  In this new light, I have salvaged what is truly valuable and can focus on what is important. Today, I am surrounded by my daughter and husband who inspire me to be my best self and I work with a team whom I am proud to support.   I hope my story inspires those who are in the midst of their storm to know they have the power and strength to overcome any obstacles and also inspire those who share the post-storm skies with me to recognize that all gestures, large and small, can change the life of those still battling their large waves.”

Former colleagues and employees were quick to send letters of recommendation for Ms. Diamond. Excerpts from the letters include:

“I’ve known (Yvette) for about two years and she has already had a significant impact on my life. I’m young and I still have a lot to learn about business, but Yvette passes on her knowledge to help me grow.”

“Yvette is a respected professional in the Maryland business community and her more than 20-year career path demonstrates her marketing savvy, technical knowledge and business acumen in strategy and finance to enable businesses to grow.”

Most recently, as COO of Three Dog Logistics, Diamond has contributed to its growth, helping the company be recognized in the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies, where they hold the esteemed five-time record. Diamond can be reached at Yvette@threedoglogisitics.com
