Letter Size Requirements

• 3 oz Max Weight
• 6” x 10.5” Max Size
• 1.3 to 2.5 Aspect Ratio

The address on self mailers can no longer be on the side created by the final fold.

Unacceptable Folds for Self Mailers

Z and Accordion Style Folded pieces are NOT allowed

Acceptable Folds for Self Mailers

I. Horizontal Folds Final fold must be on the bottom of the piece when looking at the address.
II. Vertical Folds Final fold must be on the lead (right) edge.
III. Short Panels Must fold from right around to the back of the piece.
